Our Team

At Gardner Electrical, we firmly believe the success we have earned can be attributed to our team approach. As each member has their own responsibilities within the company, without just one member of the "team" our success would be compromised. Below you will find a summary of each team member. Our Team Members:

President/Managing Partner: Randall Gardner

Randall has been providing leadership for the company for over twenty years. After acquiring the company in 1997 from his father and brother, his primary focus is sales, marketing and customer relations. Randall is also a technical expert as he holds a Master Electricians License. With his commitment to 100% customer satisfaction, Randall states, "If there ever is a conflict or I can assist you in any way, I am only a phone call away and ready to serve you!"

Operations Manager/Partner: Brian Chambers

With over 25 years of experience, Brian remains focused to his primary responsibilities of managerial and organizational leadership. Brian is also responsible for providing the very best candidates in field personnel and office support. Brian is an A&M alumni with a degree in Industrial Technology. For over two and a half decades, Brian has been an expert in managing service oriented businesses from Otis Elevator Company to GE Medical Systems. Brian joined the Gardner Electrical team in January, 2005.

Service Supervisor: James Burt

James provides day to day leadership to the service field team and is responsible for delivering the highest quality service to our customers. James is also a technical expert, as he holds a Master Electricians License. James has over 30 years experience in installing, repairing and delivering electrical service.

Commercial Supervisor: Mickey Hunter

Mickey provides day to day leadership to our commercial field team. Mickey is also responsible for delivering the highest quality of service to our commercial customers. Mickey has held an Electricians License for over 35 years and has run both large and small commercial installations. Mickey is also our safety trainer. He is continually complimented by our customers and inspection authorities.

Office Administrator: Jackie Brown

Jackie has over 30 years of office administration experience, billings, receivables and record keeping and provides day to day support to the field personnel and responds to our customers needs. We are proud to have her as one of our excellent customer oriented support staff.

Office Assistant: Stephanie VanHoozer

Stephanie is our primary customer contact for phone support and keeping up with time and material for on going work. She assists Jackie and also provides day to day support to the field personnel and responds to our customers needs. We are proud to have her as one of our excellent customer oriented support staff.
